Terms & Conditions — vv862 Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vv862 ("vv862", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the vv862 online sports betting and casino platform, accessible at https://vv862.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, "the Platform").

One Account Per Player

Account Closure by the Player

Prior to closure, any outstanding bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules, and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC compliance.

Deposits

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus offer, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the player must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus Eligibility

vv862 monitors all account activity for signs of fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited behaviour. Where suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to act promptly to protect the integrity of the Platform and the interests of all legitimate players.

vv862 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms or any other applicable policy.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct.
• The player is under the age of 18.
• Account activity poses a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to vv862 or its players.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires us to do so.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from policy-violating activity) will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules, with winnings (if any) returned as part of the final balance.

Right of Appeal

If your account has been suspended or closed by vv862 and you believe this action was taken in error, you may submit a formal appeal by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Please include your registered account details and a clear explanation of why you believe the closure was unwarranted. vv862 will review all appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

vv862 accepts no liability for losses incurred by a player during any period in which an account was improperly used by a third party, provided that vv862 acted in good faith and had no reasonable grounds to suspect unauthorised access prior to receiving notification from the registered account holder.
